The Paradise redevelopment is being brought forward through Paradise Circus Limited Partnership (PCLP), a private-public joint venture with Birmingham City Council. The private sector funding is being managed by Hermes Investment Management which has partnered with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) on the first phase of the development. Argent is the development manager.

Argent and Hermes enjoy a strong track record for delivery with a particular strength in the creation of successful city-scale, mixed use developments.

Paradise will benefit from the continuity and commitment of this working partnership which has already delivered 4.4 million sq ft of development through some of the most significant and challenging regeneration projects in the UK including Brindleyplace in Birmingham, the Piccadilly area in Manchester and the redevelopment of King's Cross.

Buildings have been successfully delivered for Royal Bank of Scotland, BT, Lloyds TSB, Oracle, Prudential, BNY Mellon and the University of the Arts London, One Housing Group and Argent is currently delivering buildings for Google UK, London Borough of Camden, KPMG and the Aga Khan Development Network.
