Christmas cocktail

A popular festive tipple at Albert’s Schloss at the moment is the Spiced Apple Strudel cocktail.

It’s built in an old fashioned Bavarian glass and offers a taste of Alpine meadows from the Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka coupled with a reminiscent flavour of winter lodges from the spiced apple and cinnamon.

A thrilling throw back to the classic Apple Strudel but in a glass, this beauty is served every day in the epic Birmingham Schloss.

A perfect cocktail for winter with both fresh and spicy notes, make it a staple of your Christmas and New Year celebrations.

For a perfect Apple Strudel Cocktail at home, mix in a cocktail shaker the following:

  • 25ml Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka
  • 12.5ml Fernando De Castillo Pedro Ximinez Sherry
  • 6.25ml Cinnamon syrup
  • 6.25ml Apple Syrup
  • Dash Fresh lemon juice
  • 50ml Apple juice

For maximum punch, serve over ice and garnish with apple slices and icing sugar over the mix and around the edge of the glass.
