Proposed changes to Phase Three of Paradise

As the masterplan for Paradise continues to evolve, and design work on the third and final phase moves forward, amendments are being sought to ensure the development reflects the latest market demands and wider societal trends.

This includes changes to the buildings within Phase Three, which need to adapt to respond to the new Octagon residential tower at the apex of the Paradise site.

The updated proposals include: reducing the amount of car parking space, increasing the amount of retail and leisure space, and making changes to the massing of the final two major commercial buildings.

These changes are being progressed through a Section 73 planning application to be prepared and submitted to Birmingham City Council this autumn.
