Cow & Sow steakhouse set for Paradise

Paradise Birmingham is set to welcome a leading independent award-winning steakhouse restaurant this autumn as Cow & Sow arrives at One Chamberlain Square.

The new steakhouse will feature an array of prime cut steaks, from single cuts to sharers alongside delicious sides, small plates to start plus cocktails and a vast wine list featuring its very own Malbec.

The brand becomes the latest leisure occupier at Paradise and the third to grace the ground floor space of One Chamberlain Square after established eateries Dishoom and Albert’s Schloss.

The new restaurant will occupy space on the eastern side of the building, next door to Indian-Irani restaurant Dishoom, on the grand steps leading up to the ground floor level.

Cow & Sow brings an experience like no other to Birmingham, showcasing prime steaks from grass fed cattle. The new venue will offer an unforgettable culinary experience in a contemporary yet premium setting, bringing its ever popular lunch and dinner offering to Paradise. Expect open kitchens, a beautiful bar and a private dining area perfect for the local business community and intimate dining experiences.

Ross Fittall, commercial development director at Paradise Birmingham development and asset manager, MEPC, said:

“One Chamberlain Square provides the perfect setting with its ground floor space opening onto Centenary Way and Congreve Street. Cow & Sow will bring high standards of service and opulent space to meet, drink and eat with fine flavours and true finesse in the very heart of the Paradise estate.”

The new eatery joins existing leisure operators Dishoom, Albert’s Schloss, Rosa’s Thai, F1® Arcade and Yorks Bakery at Paradise.

Mark Warburton, founder of Cow & Sow, said:

“Birmingham has a thriving culinary scene we can’t wait to become part of. From meticulous attention to detail to a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service, our new restaurant will set the stage for a new era of steak where small plates and brilliant sides accompany prime cut steaks of all sizes. As a company we strive to put people and planet at the top of our agenda and we are really looking forward to working with a locally hired team and support local suppliers and charities”
