Quality takes precedent every time

By Ross Fittall, Commercial Development Director, MEPC.
In recent weeks we’ve seen the announcement of not just one, but two new restaurants coming this autumn to Paradise.
Becoming a truly mixed-use part of the city relies on a strong offer across every element of activity we undertake.
As a leisure destination, it means bringing new names to Birmingham and curating as wide an offer as possible, whether that’s with cafés, bars or restaurants, or a mix of all three!
Add events to that mix, for both occupiers and the public, and our programme extends way beyond being about new buildings and new spaces, although that is vital too.
By ensuring our current and future plans continue to include new venues within all of our commercial buildings, we’re making Paradise a successful leisure destination as well as a work one.
So, just like our current venues of Albert’s Schloss, Dishoom, Rosa’s Thai, F1® Arcade and Yorks, our new leisure announcements are leading independent operators with a passion for excellent food, drink and customer service.

Steakhouse Cow & Sow at One Chamberlain Square, and Italian restaurant La Bellezza at Two Chamberlain Square both promise cutting edge hospitality coupled with superb, organic produce.

La Bellezza will bring a dramatic Italian amphitheatre where diners can admire the show put on by the staff, while Cow & Sow offers the finest cuts of beef and a wide range of sides and small plates in a sumptuous and calm setting.
These venues are run by respected, independent companies active in other parts of the country, but opening in Birmingham for the first time.

We want everyone who operates here in the very heart of the city to become a destination venue people will want to travel to and experience.
Both of our new venues fulfil this aim and offer a high quality food and drink offering with inclusive and welcoming atmospheres. And they will add even more appeal to the existing Paradise roster of operators [and create a real buzz and hub of activity].
We’ve always been about creating a range of unique venues where guests can enjoy something special. And we will always strive to provide alternatives to what else is on offer in the city, or indeed across the wider region.
We’re dedicated to giving visitors as many reasons as we can to spend time here, and we know the addition of both Cow & Sow and La Bellezza will provide further excitement to our food and drink offering and bring two more must-visit restaurants to Paradise and the city.
