Forvis Mazars Expands at Three Chamberlain Square

Paradise Birmingham has announced another commercial office move to Three Chamberlain Square.
Forvis Mazars, the global audit and accountancy firm, will be making the move across the estate so its growing Birmingham office can continue to flourish to the benefit of its staff, visitors and clients. Currently based at Two Chamberlain Square, Forvis Mazars will double its space by moving into the 22,858 sq ft second floor of the city’s most sustainable commercial space.
The announcement is another landmark moment for Paradise and MEPC which have already witnessed huge interest in the 189,000 sq ft, ten storey Three Chamberlain Square from a range of occupiers.
Designed by award-winning architects Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios (FCBS), Three Chamberlain Square is championing sustainability and innovation through the very latest design principles. The building, which saw practical completion at the end of May 2025, has already targeted and secured BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5* ratings at design stage – making it one of the UK’s most sustainable and amenity-rich commercial buildings.
Ross Fittall, Commercial Development Director at Paradise asset manager and developer MEPC, said:
We’re very proud that Forvis Mazars has given us another vote of confidence by moving their existing office at Paradise to our next commercial building, Three Chamberlain Square, next door to their current base.
“A building with a unique, low carbon design as well as its NABERS 5* and BREEAM Outstanding accreditations, Three Chamberlain Square is helping us to set a new standard in the city for both environmentally conscious architecture and premium, people-focussed commercial space. This is what has already resonated with a raft of forward looking businesses, including Forvis Mazars.”
Three Chamberlain Square is engineered with game-changing sustainability measures already in place, including the low-carbon terracotta façade with 8,000 bespoke panels and 300 openable windows, all-electric infrastructure, and a SMART building design aimed at maximising occupant wellbeing.

Stephen Lewis, Birmingham Office Managing Partner at Forvis Mazars, said:
Relocating to Three Chamberlain Square marks a pivotal moment for our award-winning team. Driven by unprecedented regional growth, this move provides us with the expanded home we need to harness our local expertise and deep market insight.
“We are establishing a truly sustainable centre of excellence for our firm and our people, and a work home here that everyone will enjoy being part of. With local, regional, and national connectivity at our doorstep, we remain firmly positioned at the heart of the region’s business community.”
Three Chamberlain Square is a building with a unique, low carbon design, and its accreditations underline its holistic commitment to sustainability and futureproofing. As the most sustainable commercial building in the city, Three Chamberlain Square underlines the commitment of Paradise to a net zero future and helps create a benchmark for delivering the final phase of development.
