We work very hard at Paradise to treat everyone with respect and this year we have made it a priority to name front of house colleagues who are delivering exceptional customer service every day.
As part of this week’s National Customer Service Week, we asked our occupiers to nominate their own Paradise Customer Service Heroes in each of our commercial buildings and across our different businesses.
We wanted to hear from the people who work here at Paradise and understand what makes a difference to them, and who brightens up their day.
This initiative met with a huge response, and we can now name our first and very well-deserved Paradise Customer Service Heroes!
Baba Seckan at One Centenary Way, Ellie Denton at JLL and the reception team at Two Chamberlain Square: Meena Bunning, Claire Chandler and Kurshid Ahmed, are our true real-life customer service heroes!
