Birmingham Transport Festival comes to Paradise

Birmingham’s rich transport heritage will take centre stage this September as Brum Transport Fest arrives in the city centre for a free two-day celebration.

Taking place on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 September, from 11am to 5pm, the festival will span Chamberlain Square, Centenary Square, Victoria Square and surrounding public spaces, bringing together more than 100 heritage vehicles alongside expert speakers, live entertainment and family-friendly activities.

As part of the celebrations, Paradise will host a special exhibition at Ratcliff Passage marking the 40th anniversary of the Birmingham Super Prix. Through photographs, memorabilia, memories and stories contributed by the public, visitors can rediscover one of the most memorable chapters in Birmingham’s sporting and transport history.

Free to attend, Brum Transport Fest offers an opportunity for transport enthusiasts, families and visitors alike to explore Birmingham’s heritage and discover the stories that have helped shape the city.
