Get a great ‘Steak Education’ at Cow & Sow. Guided by their chefs, you and a guest will journey through four of their signature sharing cuts – Picanha, Tomahawk, Porterhouse and Chateaubriand.
Learn about the provenance of each cut and how it is expertly prepared by their teams. Discover how they cook and serve their steaks the Cow & Sow way, before tasting them fresh from the grill with our house sauces and sides. Naturally, it’s all paired with a glass of Cow & Sow Malbec.
