The look and feel of Octagon reflects the nearby Jewellery Quarter, with its past and present industrial workshops.
Sitting at the northern apex of the Paradise site, overlooking Summer Row, Octagon makes the most of its location on the Birmingham ridge, a spine of higher ground in the city centre. It will be visible from across the whole of the city when construction completes in 2025.
At 155 metres (or 509 feet), Octagon will be the tallest building in Birmingham when completed.
It has already attracted lots of attention due to its world-first design and the investment it has attracted into the city.
