Paradise Competition
Please read the full terms and conditions for the Paradise Trail before entering.
The competition closes on Sunday 3rd September 2023 at 11.59pm. You must have entered via Survey Monkey by this time to have a valid entry.
The winners will be notified by Paradise via email on the day following the drawing.
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter this competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
General Terms & Conditions

- To enter this competition, you must: be UK resident
- Closing date for entries is Sunday 3rd September 2023 at 11.59pm. Any entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
- No responsibility can be accepted by Paradise for entries that are not received for any reason.
- All entries in the competition can be used in future Paradise social media posts and on or off-line marketing.
- If you win the competition, we will notify you via email. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within 24 hours of being notified by Paradise, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another valid competition entrant.
- The two prizes are as follows: A 2 course Sunday Service voucher for four at Albert’s Schloss and a £100 family feast voucher at Dishoom.
- The prize is non-transferable.
- The decision of Paradise regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or services.
- If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
- Entries will only be accepted via the advertised platform.
- To enter the competition we will need your Parent or Guardian contact information so we can contact the winners.
- Please read our Competition Data Protection Policy below which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Competition Data Protection Policy
Paradise Circus General Partner Limited (Paradise) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
We want to share information about all the offers, events, activities and new things going on, but only to those who want to know about it! We take visitor privacy seriously. Paradise will collect only your name, email address, address and postcode if you have requested to enter a competition run by Paradise.
Your name and email address data is used for three reasons;
- To notify you in regards of the competitions you have entered.
- To send you information about the latest offers, events and news at Paradise Birmingham.
- To easily identify you within our database should you wish to unsubscribe or delete your account at a later date.
Your data may be processed on our behalf by our third party marketing agencies who act as data processors on behalf of Paradise.
We will only use it to contact you about the information you have registered for.
Your data will be stored within SurveyMonkey which is only accessible to Paradise personnel. Account information will also be stored by Core Marketing.
