Presents from Paradise

Please read the full terms and conditions for the Presents from Paradise photo competition before entering.

The competition closes on Friday 3rd January at 23:59. You must have entered by completing the entry instructions and tagging us in your photo on Instagram and/or Facebook with @paradisebham on Instagram or Paradise Birmingham on Facebook.

The 6 lucky winners will be tagged in a story on Paradise Birmingham’s Instagram and Facebook accounts and notified by Paradise via Instagram Direct Messages and Facebook Messenger on Monday 6th January.

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter this competition, we will assume you have read and agree with these rules:

Instagram entrants:

  1. You must be following @paradisebham on Instagram.
  2. You must tag at least one person with whom you would share a Present from Paradise within the comments section of the giveaway post on Instagram. Each comment serves as an extra entry.
  3. You must take a photo with one of the Paradise giant baubles! This can be a seasonal selfie, couple captures or family portraits! The photo must be posted to your Instagram profile tagging @paradisebham.

Bonus entry: Share the giveaway post to your stories.

Facebook entrants:

  1. You must be following Paradise Birmingham on Facebook.
  2. You must tag at least one person with whom you would share a Present from Paradise within the comments section of the giveaway post on Facebook. Each comment serves as an extra entry.
  3. You must take a photo with one of the Paradise giant baubles! This can be a seasonal selfie, couple captures or family portraits! The photo must be posted to your Facebook profile tagging Paradise Birmingham.

Bonus entry: Share the giveaway post to your Facebook feed.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. To enter this competition, you must: be a UK resident.
  2. The closing date for entries is Friday 3rd January at 23:59. Any entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
  3. No responsibility can be accepted by Paradise Circus General Partner Limited for entries that are not received for any reason.
  4. All entries in the competition can be used in future Paradise Circus General Partner Limited social media posts and on or offline marketing.
  5. If you win the competition, we will notify you via the Instagram or Facebook account you have shared your photo from. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within 24 hours of being notified by Paradise Circus General Partner Limited, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another valid competition entrant.
  6. The 6 presents from Paradise include a £75 voucher to redeem at Albert’s Schloss, a £100 voucher to spend at Dishoom, an F1 Arcade experience for two including dinner and racing, a meal for two at La Bellezza, a £50 voucher to redeem at Yorks
    Cafe and a Picanha sharing steak dinner for two with sides, sauces and a bottle of Malbec to accompany from Paradise’s newest addition Cow & Sow.
  7. There will be six lucky winners to receive one of the five Presents from Paradise.
  8. The prize is non-transferable.
  9. The decision of Paradise Circus General Partner Limited regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  10. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or services.
  11. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
  12. Entries will only be accepted via the advertised platform (Instagram).
  13. To enter the competition you must be over 18 years old before Friday 3rd January 2025.
  14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
