Paradise is passionate about its role in enabling young people to achieve their full potential, regardless of background.
Through collaboration with local charities and the introduction of a dedicated schools programme with the Ahead Partnership, the estate remains committed to making a difference. Working with local schools, colleges and universities through educational programmes and visits provides an important two-way channel of learning and communication.
Providing opportunity
Paradise partners with businesses to connect local youth to career opportunities and improve talent pipelines. Through this work, employers can support and develop young talent to tackle skills, diversity, and inclusivity challenges.
Project engagement
Involvement with local schools is integral to the Paradise placemaking strategy, solidifying its position within the community. Past projects include trips to the Paradise beehives and designing giant Easter eggs for display on the estate.
