New animation of Paradise Launched

New animation showing what the future of Paradise Birmingham will look like has been launched.

The animation, available here, shows how the second building at Paradise, Two Chamberlain Square, relates to the bustling new public realm and civic square that will bring thousands of people a day into and through the site.

The 183,000 sq ft, eight storey, landmark building will bring life and footfall to both Chamberlain Square and Centenary Way.

Overlooking the Victorian architecture of the Town Hall, Council House and Museum & Art Gallery, Two Chamberlain Square forms an impressive contemporary addition to the Paradise estate.

Floorplates of more than 20,000 sq ft with floor to ceiling glazing bring stunning panoramic views of the city straight to people’s desks while staff can connect with the outside world on the terrace that spills out from the sixth floor and in the new bars and restaurants at the two ground levels.

With work to renew the public spaces and on the first two buildings at Paradise well underway, Birmingham’s premier commercial development will eventually be home to 1.8 million sq ft of business, leisure and retail space across 17 acres in the very heart of the city centre.

Paradise Birmingham sits in the country’s largest city centre Enterprise Zone and has already benefited from investment by the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) in enabling and infrastructure works.
