Changes to Parking during 7am - 7pm Closed to public on Weekdays

FROM THE 5th FEBRUARY

 

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC WEEKDAY EVENINGS (7pm to 7am) AND THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE WEEKEND.

We have two floors of secure underground parking that is accessible round the clock for all those working across the Paradise estate.

The parking space is bright, clean and welcoming, with CCTV and regular security patrols. It sits beneath One and Two Chamberlain Square and is accessed off Great Charles Street.

The car park will be available to Paradise corporate leaseholders and season pass holders only 24/7.

Please note that the car park is only open to the public on weekday evenings from 7pm to 7am and throughout the whole weekend.

There is a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m.

Parking Info

Access to the car park is from Great Charles Street Queensway just as the road turns onto Summer Row. Take the left lane marked ‘Paradise parking’ and follow the signs down the ramp to access the car park.

Use postcode B3 1DE on your Sat Nav to help locate the car park.

Paradise Occupier Season Passes

Season passes are only available for Paradise occupier employees.

Please note a season pass does not guarantee a designated space, only access for the duration of the period purchased. Season Passes are issued at the discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to withdraw a season pass at any time. A notice period of 14 calendar days will be given. A full refund for any remaining term purchased will be given on a pro-rata basis.  Standard terms and conditions apply.

Directions

From the M6/A38 M and north
Follow the Aston Expressway (A38M) towards Birmingham city centre and go through the first Queensway tunnel (St Chad’s Queensway). When you come out of this tunnel take the left hand exit and then continue along Great Charles Street. Stay in the left hand lane up the hill and go through two sets of traffic lights. The entrance to Paradise will appear on your left.

From the M5 and the west
Leave the M5 at junction 1 of the M5 and follow signs for Birmingham city centre on the A41 for four miles until you come to St Chad’s Queensway. St Chad’s cathedral will be on your left. Take the right hand turn beneath the Snow Hill station railway and tram tracks. Stay in the left hand lane up the hill and go through two sets of traffic lights. The entrance to Paradise will appear on your left.

From the south and east
Take the A38 from the south or join it at the Bristol Road junction with the A4540 ring road. Keep in the right hand lanes of the A38 and go through one short tunnel and a second longer tunnel. When you come out of the longer tunnel immediately leave it by the left hand lane and go beneath the Snow Hill station railway and tram tracks. Take a right turn at the next set of lights and go beneath the railway and tram tracks again. Stay in the left hand lane up the hill and go through two sets of traffic lights. The entrance to Paradise will appear on your left.
