Arriving at Paradise by car
Closed to public from 7am – 7pm on weekdays
Open to the public weekday evenings (7pm to 7am) and throughout the whole weekend.
The car park
Paradise has two floors of secure underground parking, accessible round the clock for its occupiers and available to the general public outside of office hours. The parking space is bright, clean and welcoming, with CCTV and regular security patrols.
The Paradise Car Park has been awarded the Park Mark Plus Accreditation for meeting the highest quality of today’s modern car parks in services, operations, design and build, together with the Park Access Award of Excellence – the UK’s industry benchmark for accessible and inclusive parking and electric vehicle charging facilities.
Access to the car park is from Great Charles Street Queensway just as the road turns onto Summer Row. Take the left lane marked ‘Paradise parking’ and follow the signs down the ramp to access the car park. There is a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m.

Season Passes
Season passes are only available for Paradise occupier employees.

Please note a season pass does not guarantee a designated space, only access for the duration of the period purchased. Season Passes are issued at the discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to withdraw a season pass at any time. A notice period of 14 calendar days will be given. A full refund for any remaining term purchased will be given on a pro-rata basis. Standard terms and conditions apply.
