What are the opening hours?

Paradise is open to the public around the clock, but opening hours may differ for individual leisure occupiers – you can check them here

Where can I find parking?

Paradise has two floors of secure underground parking, accessible around the clock for its occupiers. The car park is also open to the public on weekday evenings from 7pm to 7am and throughout the whole weekend.

Is Paradise wheelchair accessible?

Paradise is universally accessible, with step-free access to all buildings on the estate.

Where can I charge my car?

Paradise has 20 electric vehicle (EV) charging points, located in the underground car park which is accessible to occupiers around the clock. Charging points are also available to the public on weekday evenings from 7pm to 7am and throughout the whole weekend.

Who do I contact if lost something?

If you’ve lost something during your visit to Paradise, please contact the Estate Management Office on 0121 236 3507 or 0750 674 1868.

Is Paradise pet friendly?

Well-behaved four-legged friends are welcome at Paradise.

Please ensure that your dog is kept on a lead at all times when in communal areas and make sure they do not enter water features. And should they foul the footpath, please remember to clean up after your dog.

Each of Paradise’s shops, restaurants and businesses may have differing policies regarding pets, so please check before visiting.
